Always.
An investigation is only as strong as its records. Every material claim is traced to a source that can carry its weight — and the chain of causation is drawn, not just described.
Evidence-first research
Primary records — investigation reports, regulator findings, contemporaneous documents — outrank retellings. A rumor can open a lead; it can never close a claim.
Claim-level sourcing
Every materially consequential statement in an episode is traced to a documented source. Disputed points are carried as disputes, not smoothed over.
Original maps and diagrams
Timelines, system diagrams, and reconstructions are drawn for each investigation, so the mechanism becomes visible — not just described.
Restrained presentation
Investigative, not accusatory. Cinematic, not melodramatic. When the evidence is unsettled, the narration says so.
Human approval of every release
Nothing is published without a person reviewing the finished work and deciding it is ready.
